Refund policy
We hope you love your items, but understand that sometimes returns are needed.
Our return policy: customer must email shophazelmazel@gmail.com within 7 day of receiving item. Please only email about returns no private direct messages on social media. After 7 days items are no longer eligible for return. Email must be detailed why item doesn't work. Items can not be worn or stained. Must be in condition it was received. A return label will be issued which will be taken out of the total store credit of the customer. All returns must be received back within 14 days of you receiving your shipment. If not returned back within the 14 days then the return will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding. Please keep in mind that shipping back items take time so plan accordingly. All final sale, accessories or clearance items are final sale. If items are approved then we will issued a refund in the form of store credit. At this time customer is responsible for shipping which will be taken out of store credit. If you have any questions feel free to reach out. Always willing to talk about any issues you may have.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items such as jewelry cannot be returned such a accessories due to hygiene reasons. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you will be a refund in store credit.
